Coming from one of the nation's topauthoritaties on OB/GYN care(ACOG), this handbook is ideal for expectantparents, students, healthcare professionals, or anyone wanting to getsolid, current pregnancy details. Easy-to-read, comprehensive - with info.ranging from preconception to postpartum to pregnancy loss - and chockedfull of clear illustrations and graphs, this resource contains loads ofhelpful tips in every section (including checklists) and includes a sectionon new father issues. Terms with easy-to-understand definitions, morecharts, and a fill-in section for you to keep track of your pregnancy, areall included in the back of this book. I also found the smaller size andpaperback version (fits easily in most purses & briefcases) to be ahandy alternative to many of the larger, bulkier options on the markettoday. Get this book and you won't need any others!
